How To Use Flat Iron

 Your flat iron

A quality flat iron should last up to 10 years. Make sure to purchase one that says “ceramic plates,” which will ensure that the heat is evenly distributed. Don’t skimp on the purchase, it will cause more damage in the long run.

 A heat protector

Use Moroccan oil. Avoid applying any heat protector 2 1/2 -3 inches from the scalp because they contain oil, which will make your hair look greasy. Put a drop on your hands, rub your hands together and then apply from the bottom up, as if your fingers are a comb. With this kind of product, a little bit goes a long way.

Right Temperature

Normal hair can be ironed at 300-380 and thick, coarse or extra curly hair at 350-400. Start at a lower level and increase as needed.

Nail Fact

There are many interesting facts that are related to nails. Some of these facts are pure superstition but most of them are scientific. Even some of the superstition beliefs draw attention with the presence of logic in them. So, here are some interesting facts about nails:
  • Nails are actually the same as hair. Both hair and nails are made of the same protein, called keratin.
  • The nail plates are dead cells and contrary to the popular belief, they don't breathe. So they don't require oxygen. However, the nail beds and the cuticles are live cells and they do need oxygen, vitamins and minerals.
  • Nails don't sweat. The nail bed does not have sweat glands, so it can't perspire. It is the skin around the nails that gets sweaty.
  • Nails grow at the rate of 0.1 mm daily (or 1 cm in every 100 days). So, for a finger nail to regrow completely, it takes between 4 and 6 months. For toe nails, the period of complete regrow is 12 to 18 months.
  • Men's nails grow faster than women's nails.
  • Finger nails for both genders grow faster than toe nails.
  • Toe nails are about twice thicker than finger nails.
  • The fastest growing nail is on the middle finger. The slowest – on the thumbnail.
  • When nails are freshly cut, they grow faster than nails that are not cut often. That is why it takes so much time to grow nails longer than an inch (breaking nails is excluded).
  • Seasons and weather also affect nail growth. Nails grow faster in warm climates and during daytime, than in cold climates and at night.
  • Nails grow faster on young people than on old people. Also nails grow much faster during pregnancy.
  • Nails grow at different speeds on both hands. If you are right-handed, the nails on your right hand will grow faster than the nails on your left hand and vice versa.
  • Light trauma, like typing on a computer stimulates nail growth. Well, this kind of trauma looks more like a massage actually.
  • Cutting your nails after dark is bad luck. Although this is pure superstition, there is enough logic in it – if you cut your nails when there is not enough light, you can injure yourself.
  • Nails reflect your health status.
  • Some mammals, for example elephants, have 5 nails on each of the their front legs and most often only 4 nails per hind leg.
  • It is a myth that hair and nails will continue to grow for several days after death. This is an optical illusion and is due to the fact that the skin shrinks, thus making it look as if the hair and nails are growing.
  • Nails are very tough (compared to skin of course) but even they will be dissolved in about 4 days, if you put them in Coke because Coke is highly corrosive.
  • Nail manicure is a very ancient activity. There is evidence that even 4,000 years ago it was known to our predecessors.
  • The longest finger nail ever recorded was that of an Indian guy and it was 48 inches long.
  • If you don't drink enough water, this is bad for your health anyway but you might have never expected that it leads to dry nails as well.
  • A hang nail is painful because you have ripped open the edge of the living nail root.

Nail Art

  • Don't stress about it being perfect. In the wild the patterns aren't perfect! If you have a jagged edge or funny shaped blob, it will look totally legit!
  • For this tutorial I used a thin brush, but a nail art pen would work as well.
  • Don't worry if it looks a little "bumpy" when you're painting on the "c" shapes, a couple coats of top coat will sort that right out!

Step 1: Paint each nail with the polish of your choice. Add a good top coat and allow your nails to dry completely. If possible, give yourself a few hours of drying time before moving on

Step 2: Apply three pieces of Scotch tape to your dry nails. Apply the first piece of tape at the bottom of your nail so the corner points up toward the center. Overlap the other two pieces at the top of your nail to create the chevron shape in the center of the nail. Press down firmly on the edges to make sure you have a tight seal.

Step 3: Paint over the Scotch tape with a contrasting polish.

Step 4: While the polish is still wet, slowly remove the tape to reveal your design. Once the second color is dry, apply a top coat. You can stop here with this fun two-toned mani or keep on going!

Step 5: Overlap two pieces of tape to section off a triangle at the base of each nail. Fill in the triangle with a contrasting color

Step 6: Remove the tape to reveal your finished look. Add a top coat for shine and protection, and get ready to show off this fun, modern mani.

MakeUp Routine

The skin you have now is the only skin you'll ever get. Keeping it at its best starts with how you treat it every day.

  • Determine your skin type

By this way you can easily choose the right products suitable for your skin
  • Do a facial
Before make up your face should be clean and smooth. Follow my skin routine for facial
  • Apply sun screen
Find a sunscreen that offer maximum protection.Apply it on your face, neck and ears
  • Apply a foundation primer
It will smooth your skin and foundation application will become more easy and even.It also helps your makeup to last longer
  • Apply foundation
Slect the one which is closer to your skin tone
  • Apply concealer
Apply it to any red or discolored area like under eyes and around nostrils. After applying blend it
  • Apply face powder
Powder's particle provide some sun protection and will keep sunscreen and makeup in place

  • Highlight the bones
Highlight the brow bone, cheek bones

  • Contour
To do so you will need a brown tone of powder, don't make it ultra brown, but a milk-chocolatey kind of color. Apply a it on the brush and apply it under your cheek bones, starting from the temple and going down until underneath the apple of your cheek.
  • Blend all
Take a fluffy powder brush and blend everything together, so that there are no visible lines or excess powders.
Eye Makeup

  • Eye Liner
Line it with a brown or soft black liner. For a more appealing look, apply liner with very light strokes to the upper lid, stroking toward the outer corner of the eye. To blend, use an angle brush. For a more natural look, dip the angle brush in some of your darker eye shadow. Use a very light amount, or use the applicator tip. For the bottom lid, use a very light amount on the outer corner.
  • Eye Shadow
Most eye colors come with two or three colors on the palette. The lighter color is for the lid. The darker color is for the crease on the lid, just below the eye bone. Apply the lighter tone first to the lid, spreading upwards to near the crease. For this, use the applicator that came inside the package. For the darker color, using your eyeshadow brush, dip into eye color and tap the brush to lose the excess. Apply inside the crease of the eye. You can find the crease by looking straight ahead. Your eye makes its own crease.

Blend the color toward the outer corner of your eye. Sometimes you can blend it around to the bottom lid, but very lightly. The lightest color is for under the brow bone. Use the applicator to apply right on the brow bone just under the brow line. Make sure to use the larger eyeshadow brush to blend all the colors.
  • EyeBrow Pencil
If you do apply eyebrow pencil to any part of your eyebrow, use the angled brush to blend it into your brow with very light strokes.
  • Apply Mascara
There are several mascaras to choose from depending on the look you want. If you have short lashes, use a mascara that will add length; if you have thin lashes, use a volumizing mascara. Never pump your mascara brush in and out of the mascara. This causes air pockets.

Dip the brush in the mascara once and lightly wipe off the excess onto a paper towel. Looking downward, apply to the top lash with upward strokes. Start with the inner part and work your way outward. Do both eyes with two coats, then let dry. After a few seconds, do the bottom lids. It's better to apply to the very outer part of the lash on the bottom lid. This will open your eye more. An inexpensive way to curl your eye lashes is to take the brush from an older mascara, and use it, after you've washed most of the mascara off.

Apply Lipstick

  • Apply lip balm
This will help make all lip products applied last longer and much more vibrant
  • Apply lip liner
Line around the natural line of your lips
  • Apply lipstick or gloss
It's a good idea to brush your lip brush in your lipstick, then some of your lip gloss for a nice light shine. Blot your freshly painted lips lightly with a tissue. This will make it last longer

Easy Puffy Ponytail

  1. Look straight into a mirror. Use both of your thumbs to pull together a 1½-inch section of hair from the front part of your head. (Use the highest part of your eyebrow arches as a guide.)
  2. Clip that front section of hair forward and away from the rest of your hair.
  3. Gather the remaining hair and position it 2-3 inches above the top of your ears. Secure with a hair tie or band.
  4. Take the original section of hair and backcomb or tease it until you get the desired amount of lift in front.
  5. Gather that teased section of hair, pinch it with your thumb and forefinger, and secure with two bobby pins, criss-crossing them for a tighter hold.
  6. Take any extra hair from the top section (or from the bottom of your ponytail) and wrap it around the ponytail to cover up the hair tie. Secure the ends by pushing a bobby pin back in towards the ponytail.
  7. Use a strong hold hairspray to keep the top section in place.

Messy Hair Bun

How To: Top Knot
  1. Brush out your hair to remove knots. (Ironic, isn’t it?)
  2. Flip your head over and put your hair in a high ponytail at the top of your head and secure with a hair tie. (Use a hair tie color closest to your hair color)
  3. Twist, braid, or simply wrap your ponytail hair around the hair tie to create a smooth “knot” and secure with a second hair tie.
  4. Use bobby pins to secure any loose pieces.
  5. Spray a soft bristle brush with a little bit of hairspray and use to smooth out any frizzies. Viola! You now have a smooth, sleek top knot!
How To: Messy High Bun
  1. Flip your head over and put your hair in a messy high ponytail at the top of your head and secure with a hair tie. (Use a hair tie color closest to your hair color.) Note: No need to brush out hair before hand with this look. The messier the better.
  2. Pull the ponytail in an upward then downward position, just a tad, to loosen.
  3. Loosely wrap ponytail hair around hair tie and secure pieces with bobby pins.
  4. Loosen random pieces in front, at sides, back and on top to create the messy look if not created already.
